A Pool/Spa Inspection is as important as the home inspection. The components can be very expensive to replace. Knowing what you are getting is important to prepare yourself in the beginning rather than finding out issues later.
The pool and plumbing system should be solid and free of any leaks. The filters, pumps and heaters (if present) need to be inspected for functionality.
The electrical equipment should be free of any safety hazards. The surfaces around the pool including concrete, pavers or decking should be evaluated for condition.
